These terms apply to Sea Change Social Work Prep at seachangeexamprep.com ("the Course"), operated by Sea Change Counseling LLC ("we," "us"). By buying or using the Course, you agree to them.
The Course is study material to help you prepare for the ASWB social work licensing exams. It is for educational purposes only.
The Course is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB). "ASWB" is used only to describe the exams the Course helps you prepare for.
We do not guarantee that you will pass any exam or get any particular score. Results depend on your own preparation.
Nothing in the Course is clinical advice, therapy, supervision, or legal advice. It does not create a therapist-client relationship. Using the Course does not make you a client of Sea Change Counseling LLC. Always follow your state's laws and your licensing board's rules.
Plans are a one-time payment through Stripe: $100 for 6 months of access or $150 for 9 months. You log in with your email and password. Access ends automatically at the end of your plan. Refunds follow our Refund Policy. You must be 18 or older to buy the Course.
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license for one person to use the Course. You may not share your login, give others access, or copy, resell, record, or redistribute the content. We may end access without a refund if an account is shared or misused.
All Course content, including lessons, questions, rationales, and study tools, belongs to Sea Change Counseling LLC and is protected by copyright.
If you have a disability or other need that makes the Course hard to use, email support@seachangeexamprep.com and we will work with you on reasonable options.
We may update the Course content and these terms. The "last updated" date shows when the terms last changed.
If you have a problem with the Course or a charge, please email us at support@seachangeexamprep.com first. Before either of us starts a legal dispute, we both agree to try to work it out by email and to allow 30 days for that.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of the State of Florida.
