This policy explains how Sea Change Social Work Prep at seachangeexamprep.com, operated by Sea Change Counseling LLC, handles your information.

What we collect

• Name and email address. We collect these when you buy and when your student account is created.
• Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe handles it under its own privacy policy.
• Account information. Your login and access dates are managed through Netlify Identity.

Study tips emails

If you sign up for free study tips, we keep your email address to send occasional study tips. You can unsubscribe anytime by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by emailing support@seachangeexamprep.com. Signups are collected through Netlify Forms.

How we use it

We use your information to give you course access, manage when your plan ends, answer support requests, and send messages about your purchase or account.

Service providers

The site is hosted by Netlify, which also runs student logins (Netlify Identity). Stripe processes payments. These providers handle data only to provide their services.

We don't sell your data

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Study progress

Some study tools save your progress only in your own browser (local storage). That data stays on your device.

How long we keep it

We delete your personal information (name, email address, and login) when your access ends. Stripe keeps its own payment records under its own privacy policy.

Your choices

You can email us to see, correct, or delete your account information. We may need to keep some purchase records for tax and accounting reasons.
